(she/her)
Life can feel heavy sometimes—and trying to hold it all together gets exhausting. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, you’re not alone. I help adults work through anxiety, stress, trauma, and relationship challenges in a way that feels real, supportive, and actually helpful. My approach isn’t one-size-fits-all—we focus on what you need and what works in your day-to-day life. No pressure, no judgment—just a space to process, gain clarity, and move forward. My goal is simple: help you feel more like yourself again, but stronger, more confident, and in control.
The first session is a relaxed, collaborative conversation focused on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, relevant history, what you’ve tried before, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say — we go at your pace. I’ll also share a bit about how I work, answer any questions you have, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. My approach is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental. Many clients say they leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and a little lighter. You are always in control of what you choose to share. Therapy is a space where you can show up exactly as you are — no pressure to perform, explain perfectly, or minimize your experiences.
I help clients understand their past, feel more grounded in the present, and move toward the life they want. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and real—no judgment, no pressure. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and relationship patterns, using EMDR, CBT, and practical tools you can actually use in everyday life. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained, we’ll work together to help you feel more clear, confident, and in control again.
I work best with adults who are thoughtful, self-aware, and tired of feeling stuck in the same emotional patterns. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, low self-esteem, or the lingering impact of past or relational trauma. You may look “high-functioning” on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected on the inside. My ideal clients are open to self-exploration, curious about understanding themselves more deeply, and ready to gently challenge old beliefs that no longer serve them. You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy — you simply need a desire for change, healing, and greater peace. I especially enjoy working with individuals navigating difficult relationships, recovering from emotionally abusive or narcissistic dynamics, managing life transitions, or wanting to build healthier boundaries and a stronger sense of self. If you’re seeking a therapist who is warm, direct, trauma-informed, and collaborative, we may be a good fit.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify, understand, and modify unhelpful thought patterns, emotional responses, and behavioral habits that contribute to distress. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique goals and lived experience. In sessions, I support clients in increasing awareness of the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors; challenging cognitive distortions; and developing more balanced, compassionate, and effective ways of thinking. We also focus on building practical coping skills, emotion regulation strategies, and behavioral interventions that promote resilience, improved functioning, and meaningful change. CBT is integrated flexibly with other evidence-based modalities when appropriate, and I emphasize real-life application of skills between sessions to support lasting progress.
EMDR
I utilize EMDR to help clients process and resolve distressing memories, traumatic experiences, and negative core beliefs that continue to impact present-day functioning. My approach follows the structured 8-phase EMDR protocol while prioritizing safety, stabilization, and client readiness. I integrate grounding skills, resource development, and nervous system regulation before trauma reprocessing to ensure clients feel supported and empowered throughout the process. EMDR helps reduce emotional reactivity, shift limiting beliefs, and promote adaptive resolution so clients can move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust. When appropriate, EMDR is thoughtfully integrated with CBT and parts-based approaches to support comprehensive healing.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I incorporate mindfulness-based therapy to help clients develop greater present-moment awareness, emotional regulation, and self-compassion. This approach supports clients in noticing thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations without judgment, allowing for more intentional and flexible responses rather than automatic reactions. In sessions, I integrate mindfulness practices such as grounding, breathwork, body awareness, and guided exercises to reduce stress, improve distress tolerance, and increase overall well-being. Mindfulness-based strategies are often combined with CBT and trauma-informed approaches to support insight, resilience, and sustainable change.
Narrative
I use Narrative Therapy to help clients explore, understand, and reshape the stories they hold about themselves, their relationships, and their life experiences. This approach emphasizes separating the person from the problem and identifying strengths, values, and exceptions to limiting or problem-saturated narratives. Through collaborative conversation, we examine how past experiences, beliefs, and external influences have shaped current patterns, while intentionally creating more empowering and self-compassionate narratives. Narrative Therapy supports clients in reclaiming authorship of their lives, strengthening identity, and moving forward in alignment with their values.
Motivational Interviewing
I use Motivational Interviewing to help clients explore ambivalence, strengthen intrinsic motivation, and move toward meaningful change. This collaborative, nonjudgmental approach focuses on evoking a client’s own reasons for growth rather than imposing direction. Through reflective listening, open-ended questions, and values clarification, I support clients in identifying discrepancies between where they are and where they want to be. Motivational Interviewing is particularly helpful when clients feel stuck, uncertain, or resistant to change, and it is often integrated with CBT and trauma-informed approaches to support sustainable progress.
