Hey! I am a father, a husband, and a compassionate human being who finds pleasure in helping others. I hold a LCSW licensure from NYU and have experience working in the home-setting, hospital-setting and now private practice. I have worked with both individuals and in groups and take great pride in my work. I enjoy being part of the journey towards change, growth and fulfilment.
During our first session we will start out by introducing each other and sharing a bit about therapy expectations. This will help set the ground work and develop a tailored treatment plan to help address your specific needs and goals.
Having worked in diverse settings and with diverse individuals provided me with valuable experience and the ability to be able to establish rapport in order to help build the best action plan that will address your specific needs and goals.
I've worked extensively with families; mothers, children and fathers. I've also worked with people who are facing anxiety, depression, addiction and stress.
I use a strength based approach by identifying an individual's strengths in building a person-center approach to those individual's specific needs. This approach adapts healthy coping skills and habits to an individual's strengths.
