I decided to give online therapy another go after a failed attempt with another site years ago. I made an appointment with Katie based on her qualifications, interests and strengths, had my first session today and I was not disappointed. She was warm and empathetic (very important for me), smart, friendly, engaging, attentive and didn’t seem overly concerned with diagnoses, apart from what is required for insurance purposes. I have a great feeling about Katie and have made 5 more appts already!
