Hello! I'm a former wilderness therapy guide who is passionate about supporting your journey toward a more joyful and liberated self. I take a somatic, cognitive, and relational approach and am skilled in both evidence-based and energetic healing modalities modalities. I recieved my MSW from Washington University in St. Louis and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arizona and Maine
In our first session, we will get to know one another in service of forging a strong therapeutic alliance. We will then dive into specific goals you have for therapy and the road map we will take to manifesting them.
I have significant training in energetic modalities such as meditation, Reiki, and breathwork. I used to live in Northeast Thailand where I studied Vipassana meditation extensively.
I love working with adults who are curious to take a deeper dive into the nature of consciousness and what it feels like to really be alive.
