About me

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan and an Executive Coach with a Ph.D. in counseling and an MBA with over 15 years of experience helping high-achieving, highly anxious individuals and those with ADHD find clarity, calm, and confidence. Whether you’re navigating major life transitions, work stress, or relationship struggles, I offer a blend of evidence-based strategies and compassionate support to help you feel more in control, connected, and equipped to move forward.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session, you can expect a warm, judgment-free space where we’ll begin by exploring what brought you to therapy and what goals you’d like to work toward. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, current challenges, and strengths, and together we’ll start to map out a plan that feels both supportive and practical. It’s a conversation—not an interrogation—and my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about the path ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and supported, and my skill in blending compassion with structure. I bring deep clinical expertise in anxiety, ADHD, and trauma-informed care, but I also tailor each session to meet you where you are—with practical tools, clear insight, and a steady presence to help you move forward. Clients often say they feel both challenged and deeply cared for, which makes the work feel safe, empowering, and effective.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to serve high-functioning adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or the demands of perfectionism—especially those navigating major transitions in their personal or professional lives. Many of my clients are ambitious, intelligent, and deeply self-aware, yet still struggle with racing thoughts, emotional burnout, ADHD, or challenges in their relationships. If you’re the one everyone leans on but silently feel like you’re falling apart inside, I provide a space to reset, heal, and rediscover balance with tools that are both practical and empowering.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

Early attachment experiences with caregivers shape adults. Attachment-based therapy addresses negative effects and builds secure relationships. In therapy, I'd help you express suppressed emotions and behaviors, leading to better communication and adaptive actions in your life.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, goal-oriented form of talk therapy that can be incredibly helpful in managing mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety, as well as emotional concerns like coping with grief or stress. As your counselor, I'm here to support you and encourage you to share your thoughts and feelings about what's troubling you. If it's difficult for you to open up, please don't worry—I will be here to help you gain more confidence and comfort. CBT typically focuses on specific problems and uses a goal-oriented approach. I often combine CBT with another therapeutic approach, such as interpersonal therapy, which focuses on your relationships with other people.
