I'm Kelli Gary, MSW, LCSW. I am licensed in Indiana and obtained my degree from IUPUI in 2002. I also teach at the college level as well. I strive to set up a warm, safe environment for client and enjoy working with young adults up to older adults 18+. I specialize in anxiety and depression however I also enjoy working with individuals with vocational stress, life stress, and ADHD.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I utilize CBT focused approached to help clients re-frame and tackle issues that they are struggling with such as depression and anxiety. This method is effective and helping with changing your mindset and behaviors.
The person centered approach helps client to direct treatment and goals as well as looks at the person as a whole.
