I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Texas, Florida, Alabama, NJ and SC with 16 years of experience providing mental health services to individuals. I believe it is often our past experiences that make-up our present and it influences our future. Through these experiences, we fashion our own individual stories. My clients describe me as a Therapist who makes them feel heard, respected, validated, seen, encouraged and they feel safe to share when they are with me. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I use evidence-based therapy techniques and a person-centered approach to fit each client’s individual needs. I strive to assist individuals to freely and openly unpack throughout the therapeutic process. I look to help each individual experience growth in their present and seek hope for their future.
