My goal is to assist you with learning your family patterns and how to negotiate/resolve conflict so you can become a congruent communicator. I am happy to assist you work through any anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance abuse & relapse prevention, grief/trauma, and bipolar disorders. Your first session will consists of information gathering and a glimpse into your family structure. Afterwards, we will work to identify your concerns and formulate a treatment plan.
My biggest strength is I am patient, empathetic, and passionate about your mental health. I also have extensive experience dealing with individuals diagnosed with severe autism. I do not take it lightly and I am honored to work alongside you while navigating through life challenges.
