You might be a pre-teen, teen, college student, or young adult who has started to notice feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or somehow not quite like yourself lately. Perhaps part of you is already wondering what it would feel like to have a little more clarity and ease. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), and a Ph.D. psychologist. I earned my psychology doctorate degree from the University of Connecticut and specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, stress, and life transitions with clarity and confidence. In our work together, you will find a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach is collaborative and practical, and at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can begin to develop skills and strategies that fit your unique needs to help you feel more grounded, capable, and in control. I am here to support you in that process. Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know you and understanding what led you to seek therapy. We will talk about your current experiences, the challenges you are facing, and what you would like to change or feel differently about. You can share at whatever pace feels comfortable in a calm, nonjudgmental space. Together, we will begin shaping a clear, collaborative plan that supports your goals and helps you feel more confident, empowered, and in control.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is helping clients learn practical tools they can start using right away. My approach is active, collaborative, and tailored so that every strategy fits your unique needs, personality, and daily life. I focus on being an action-oriented therapist. I like to give steps, ideas, and skills that you can practice in between sessions with me.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with pre-teens, teens, college students, and young adults on this platform. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and challenges related to life transitions. I have successfully supported many college-aged students on this platform. This can be a particularly challenging and stressful time in a person's life. Telehealth therapy can be especially effective for college students because they are often on the go and managing very busy schedules. Online therapy sessions are a convenient and accessible option for these individuals.
