During your first session, you can expect to heard with compassion. I use this session to get to know you and for you to know me as well. I want to hear you and collaborate with you on a plan for our sessions moving forward.
I have experience in many different areas. The majority of my experience is working with individuals with anxiety, trauma, grief, parenting, and other life transitions.
