New to Grow
I’m Christine Bile, LICSW. I work with high‑achieving professionals, creatives, and adults whose goals have started to feel heavy—musicians/artists navigating the industry, leaders and managers, and people managing chronic medical conditions. I help with performance anxiety, life transitions, boundary issues, mood and anxiety symptoms, identity exploration, and burnout using CBT, DBT‑informed skills, mindfulness, expressive arts, and solution‑focused brief therapy techniques so you can build confidence, manage symptoms, and walk through life the way you want.
During our first session I’ll do a focused biopsychosocial assessment to learn what’s happening now, your current stressors, your social and developmental history, and your goals for therapy. By the third session we’ll co‑create a treatment plan that becomes our roadmap—practical, time‑bound, and grounded in skills you can use between sessions.
One of my greatest strengths is that I’m an artist myself, so I understand the realities of balancing creative work with a nine‑to‑five and navigating the arts world from the inside. I also bring experience as a medical social worker in a level‑one trauma center and in group practice, which helps me see the full picture of medical, mental health, and family needs. I treat every client with compassion, dignity, respect, and integrity while co‑creating practical, skills‑based treatment plans that move you toward your goals.
I work best with high‑achieving professionals and creative people whose goals feel heavy—musicians, artists, and more who are currently navigating the industry, people in high‑stakes careers, and those managing chronic medical conditions. I help with performance anxiety, career transitions, mood challenges, identity exploration, and building sustainable coping skills so you can stay grounded and move toward the life you want.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy techniques including identifying, challenging, and reframing automatic negative thoughts to help you have more balanced thoughts. I also utilize additional CBT skills including SMART goal creation and behavioral activation to create a tailored plan to help you reach yours goals and manage their symptoms.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I love to teach mindfulness techniques to help you regulate your emotions and reduce judgement that may be keeping you stuck or causing psychological/emotional pain.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I’m a DBT‑informed therapist and often incorporate DBT skills (mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness) into my work with clients. I am not formally DBT‑certified, but I’m trained in using these techniques in individual therapy.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use solution focused brief therapy techniques like "best hopes," resource‑focused questions, and the miracle question to help you identify the version of yourself you’re working toward and the next small steps to get there.
