Hello! I am an Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey with 16+ years of experience working with individuals of all ages in outpatient, in-home, crisis and hospital settings. I aim to collaborate on building a safe space where individuals can feel free to express themselves and work on building the life they desire. I generally offer a laid back approach and calming space in order to foster healing and onward progress.
During our first session, we can learn about each other and we can decide if working with me is the right fit for you. We will begin to explore the areas of need and start to build a guide for our work together.
My personality is calm and laidback, which usually helps to put people around me at ease. My experiences working in the different areas of mental health with individuals of different backgrounds allows me to welcome any challenges that arise during our work together.
I am currently focused on working with adults who want to learn more about themselves, address maladaptive behaviors, develop coping skills, manage anxiety/depression, self worth/self-esteem issues, relationship issues and more. I have had many years of experience working with individuals of all ages, from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. I find that it is best to work with each individual to figure out what works best for them in order to provide support and create an safe space for growth. In my experience, it is most helpful to utilize tools from the different therapeutic modalities to curate an individualized plan to meet the unique needs of my clients.
