New to Grow
Hello and welcome. I really enjoy getting to know people and building genuine connections as we move through the ups and downs of life together. In our work, we might focus on relationships, managing stress, improving communication, navigating life transitions, and finding steadiness with emotions and thoughts. We can also make space to understand past experiences, explore patterns in dating and intimacy, and work toward a more balanced and meaningful life. I’m especially interested in the parts of ourselves that don’t always get attention—the quieter or “hidden” pieces that often have a lot to teach us. If you’re willing to show up as you are, I’ll meet you there with care and consistency. Thank you for being here.
I’ve had the chance to work in schools, hospitals, and private practice, and I truly enjoy supporting people across the lifespan—from early childhood through adulthood. The first session often feels a bit like that initial visit to a thoughtful doctor—there may be some nerves at first, and then a natural exhale as you realize this is a space where you’ll be listened to and understood. My goal is to take the time to really get to know you, gently explore what’s bringing you in, and make sure you leave with something meaningful—whether that’s insight, a few practical tools, or simply the feeling of being cared for. The intake process can feel a bit like a ride down memory lane—moving through the rose-colored moments, the parts we show the world, and even the quieter pieces that maybe only our pets have seen. It tends to be a little more guided on my end, as I’m gathering a full picture and helping us get oriented. From there, the flow shifts. Think of it as going over the “syllabus” together at the start, and then shaping the rest of our time to fit your needs, your pace, and what feels most meaningful to you.
I’m a child of the diaspora, and that multicultural, multigenerational perspective really shapes how I see the world and the work I do. I’m drawn to integrating both Western and Eastern approaches to therapy, and I’m always learning—through both my work, my love of travel and understanding different ways of living.
At my core, I believe people are inherently good, and that with the right support, direction, and intention—whether through mindfulness, lifestyle shifts, or deeper self-exploration—we already hold a lot of what we need to care for ourselves and grow. I feel a deep connection to the full range of human experience: the innocence of childhood, the ache of heartbreak and substance use, the joy of firsts and lasts, moments of conflict and misunderstanding, and the way love and grief so often sit side by side.
