About me

Hello there! Seeking help in the midst of a struggle is an incredibly brave step that can lead to limitless rewards. It has been my passion to work alongside adults of all ages to find relief from anxiety, stress, depression, relationship challenges and life transitions all from the comfort of your their home. My ability to truly listen and provide a compassionate, evidence based approach will equip you with the tools you need to become the version of yourself you've been striving for.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is all about getting to know each other and beginning to build a foundation of trust. I’ll start by creating a safe, welcoming space. There’s no pressure to tell your whole story right away and you can share at your own pace. I’ll ask some questions to better understand what brought you to therapy, what’s been going on in your life past and present, what your goals are and what you’re hoping to gain from our work together. Therapy is a collaborative process, and the relationship between us is central so we’ll check in about whether this feels like a good fit for you. Most importantly, my priority is that you leave the session feeling seen, supported, and hopeful about what’s possible.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Becoming a therapist has felt like a natural and deeply fulfilling path. I feel honored to do this work and to walk with clients through moments of challenge, discovery, and healing. I specialize in delivering compassionate, evidence-based support through telehealth, which offers flexibility and privacy when juggling work, family, or mobility challenges. My approach combines attentive listening, practical coping tools and collaborative goal-setting to help you build resilience and real-life change resulting in a better sense of self and being more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Clients often leave therapy feeling more self-aware, emotionally resilient, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, clarity, and self-compassion

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I primarily work with adults who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, or a desire for greater self-understanding. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a space to reflect and grow, I offer support tailored to the unique experiences and needs of adult life.
