Hello, my name is Lauren. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience treating individual adults who struggle with anxiety, family issues and life transitions. I frequently work with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Mindfulness practices and family systems. I have been trained and have many years of experience with CBT as well.
In the first session I will ask you about what brings you to therapy and more importantly, what do you want your life to look like. My approach is collaborative and supportive, focusing our work on what is most meaningful to you, the obstacles that are in your way and how to overcome them.

Thanks to telehealth, I can serve clients all over the state of Massachusetts. I enjoy working with individual adults and may start running a mindfulness practice group in the future. The clients that I work with have been struggling with worry, fear, avoidance, self doubt, difficult relationships and difficulty concentrating.
Working with individuals to overcome obstacles that are in the way of doing what they want to be doing or need to be doing. Improving the ability to choose responses rather than react out of habit.
