New to Grow
I’m a licensed professional counselor who works with women navigating anxiety, trauma, and self-doubt that are contributing to challenges in relationships, life transitions, parenting, or overall burnout. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we walk the path together. My goal is to offer a space that feels honest, grounding, and supportive, while also helping you gently challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we'll work to better understand what you've been carrying and help you feel more hopeful, steady, and connected to yourself.
Our first session is a starting point, not a deep dive. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what brought you in, and exploring what you’d like therapy to look like. You can share at your own pace - there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. This session is about building comfort, setting direction, and making sure you feel supported as we begin this process together.
One of my greatest strengths is creating a space where you can be fully honest, even about the parts of yourself that feel confusing or difficult to share. I bring a balance of warmth and gentle challenge, helping you notice patterns, gain insight, and stay connected to yourself throughout the process. Clients often share that our work together feels thoughtful, grounded, and deeply human. I aim to meet you with care while also helping you grow in ways that are meaningful and lasting. It's my goal for you to walk away feeling confident and connected with yourself, clarity within your relationships, and equipped with coping tools for managing life's hurdles.
I work best with women who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, disconnected from themselves, or carrying experiences they haven't fully processed. You don't need to have clear answers or insights to begin - just a sense that something isn't working. Together, we'll slow things down, explore what's underneath the surface, and help you feel more grounded, clear, and at ease with yourself.

Attachment-based
I use an attachment-based approach to help clients understand relationship and emotional patterns that were shaped by earlier life experiences. Therapy focuses on building safety, increasing self-understanding, and developing supportive ways of connecting to yourself and others.
EMDR
I use EMDR therapy to help clients process difficult life experiences that leave them feeling stuck in patterns from the past. This approach supports the brain’s natural healing process, allowing memories to feel less intense over time. We always move at a pace that feels comfortable and prioritizes collaboration and your safety.
Narrative
I use narrative therapy to help clients explore the stories they carry about themselves and the parts of them that were created along the way. We approach these stories with curiosity and compassion, allowing space for more supportive and meaningful narratives to be written.
