Hello/Hola my name is Sandra Villarreal and I’m a bilingual therapist with her License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)that is here to help and assist with your mental health well being. I believe if you take care of your mental health, your physical health will align. You can then be the best version of yourself which will lead to improving your quality of life.
In our first session you can expect brief introductions and dive into what challenges bring you to therapy. We will create a plan and goals that will work for the client to improve their mental well being.
Having over 20 years of experience with working with youth has helped me have a sense of expertise when working with our young population.
I have over 20 years of experience working with children and adolescents in the school and juvenile systems. I have specialized in working with them individually and or with family therapy.
I use a variety of treatment modalities depending on what the client needs.
To reframe and or retrain thought process that can be detrimental for our mental health.
To motivate client to participate in their own mental health well being.
I use play therapy for your little ones to be able to engage in therapy.
To find clients strengths and build on their strengths to help them find their own solution for problem solving.
