My treatment methods

Attachment-based

I believe that attachment theory has a lot to do with rooted based issues in people's lives. Repairing attachment can be tantamount to the healing process.

Christian Counseling

While I do Christian therapy, I do not do Biblical counseling. They are different. I think integrating faith into therapy helps clients connect to God or their own higher power as it relates to recovery.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use many forms of CBT in helping shift limiting beliefs and increasing confidence.

EMDR

I am EMDR level 2 trained and use this modality is treating trauma because of it's high level of efficacy.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Circling back to attachment theory, EFT is tantamount in my work with couples and truly being able to navigate communication and increasing relational connection.
