About me

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Texas. I received my Masters from the University of Texas at Arlington (Go Mavs!) and have been practicing for 2 years. I help adults and teens navigate the challenging terrain of anxiety and depression to discover the best versions of themselves. Together, we'll turn your struggles into strengths, and your dreams into reality.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing this helps me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. We will also foster a genuine connection where you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way. Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, where every step forward is a victory worth celebrating.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in helping teens and young adults in various settings for over 8 years. With years of experience and a deep understanding of the unique struggles facing young minds today, I'm here to offer a safe space to explore feelings, challenge negative thoughts, and discover the resilience within.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with teens and young adults struggling to find their footing in the midst of anxiety or depression. My clients often feel overwhelmed by school/career, relationships, or the uncertainty of the future. Whether it's the weight of the world is pressing down on them, anxious thoughts, or a persistent feeling of sadness seem to overshadow everything else in their life.

CBT involves identifying and challenging negative or irrational thoughts and beliefs that contribute to distressing emotions or problematic behaviors.
