I am the type of counselor that will always be in your corner, and I love to see people succeed. The ideal client for me is an individual willing to work on themselves and improve. Life in general, is difficult so I don't expect there to be easy issues or solutions. No matter the issue, you can overcome anything with a positive mind! I help those who are in need and would like guidance dealing with any types of issues they may encounter within their lives (past, present, or future). I can offer that ear or guidance you need to process through or overcome anything! I work with all populations including, child and adolescents. My expertise with various modalities gives me the edge to help diverse clientele. Clients that work with me will expect to take away a sense of responsibility, self-actualization, and solution to whatever issue they’re facing. I am an LPC and have over 10 years of experience. I am dedicated and have a passion to help clients improve overall. I also have a unique ability to connect with my clients, which allows them to feel heard.
What my clients can expect from me in their first session would be a profound understanding and being placed at ease with any fears or Anxiety towards counseling in general. I answer any questions asked of me and am able to get to know YOU as a person instead of a client.
My biggest strengths is ensuring that the client know that I have their back as well as helping them to figure out their next move or overcoming any type of trauma or ongoing issue.
I focus on general population, no exclusion. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly.
I utilize CBT within individual session as a way to assist the client in improving their lives through homework, lessons, and other necessary means.
