My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have used cognitive based therapy for the past six years. Through the use of journaling and other thought monitoring methods, we will identify your triggers and use cognitive restructuring and reframe your thoughts to manage anxiety and depression.

Motivational Interviewing

Through the use of motivational interviewing I assist clients identifying goals, barriers and setting boundaries fro themselves in order to meet these goals.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

During our sessions, DBT can be used to help manage anger and alleviate anxious thoughts. Together we will explore coping skills such as mindfulness and distress tolerance.
