I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over 20 years of experience supporting adults and youth through anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My integrative approach blends attachment-focused therapy, EMDR, trauma reprocessing, and insight-oriented depth psychology within a culturally affirming and relational framework. I offer a compassionate space for insight, healing, and meaningful change so you can live with greater freedom, authenticity, and emotional balance.
In our work together, you can expect a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where your experiences are honored with curiosity and care. Early sessions focus on understanding your story, goals, and strengths while building safety and trust. Over time, therapy may include reflective exploration, trauma processing, and practical tools to help you navigate daily challenges, deepen relationships, and move toward greater freedom and emotional balance.
My approach is integrative, relational, and trauma-informed. I draw from attachment-based therapy, depth psychology, EMDR, and ERP to support both insight and practical change. Therapy with me balances exploration and skill-building, helping you understand patterns while gently expanding your capacity for emotional regulation, self-compassion, and meaningful connection. I aim to meet you where you are while supporting growth that feels authentic, sustainable, and aligned with your values.
My ideal clients are thoughtful, growth-oriented adults and parents who are ready to explore patterns, heal from past experiences, and move toward more fulfilling relationships and self-understanding. Many are navigating anxiety, trauma, identity questions, parenting stress, or major life transitions. They value depth, reflection, and culturally affirming care, and are seeking a supportive therapeutic relationship that fosters integration, resilience, and a more authentic way of living.
