In our first session, I want us to get to know each other. I like to-talk about pest experiences with therapy, as well as what they can expect in our time together.
I believe that some of my greatest strengths as a provider is to provide compassion and support while thinking outside the box to achieve your goals together
I enjoy working with adolescence and adult adults who appreciate a mindfulness based approach and appreciate using focus physical movement along with therapy for mental health treatment
I use EMDR to help clients work through traumatic experiences, so these events no longer have such a negative impact on daily living.
I use breathing and movement to create a safe space for my clients to have the ability to be present.
