About me

Hey there! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in Ohio. I received my Masters from Ashland Theological Seminary and have practiced for 10 years. I help teenagers and women who are adjusting to various life issues and relationships become the best versions of themselves. In my spare time, I enjoy working out, running a photography business, and spending time with my family.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is dedicated to gathering as much of your story as possible so that we can assess where you are, where you want to be, and the challenges/supports to meet those goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One thing always at the forefront of my mind is that people are inherently valuable and have purpose. That drives everything I do. My goal is always to put people at ease quickly, build trust, and a meaningful connection.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

The clients that I tend to serve best are self-motivated, open to trying new ways of tackling challenges, and can let down their guard to honestly discuss their challenges.

My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

I often use prayer and scripture from the Bible if a client is asking for Christian counseling and open to discussing how their faith impacts and supports their life.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

This modality is something I like to use if a client is dealing with trauma and mood regulation. It tends to be a very straightforward and objective way to apply new skills.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This is the main treatment modality that I use as it helps clients see patterns and relationships between thought, mood, and actions.
