I am passionate about mental health and take more of a holistic approach to counseling. I take the approach that healing involves the whole person-mind, body, and spirit. With a deep respect for each client’s unique journey, I try to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore challenges, uncover strengths, and develop personalized strategies for healing and growth.
Clients can expect a warm, supportive environment where we take our time building rapport and discussing client goals.
I take my job seriously and view it as an honor to sit with clients and be a part of their healing journey. I view my job as a calling.
I have experience working with both children and adults and am comfortable working with all ages. I work best with clients who are ready to engage in the counseling process with openness, honesty, and a willingness to grow. My ideal clients are those who recognize that meaningful change takes time and effort, and who are committed to exploring both the difficult and empowering aspects of personal transformation.
I have had some training in CBT and TF-CBT. I work with clients to understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and reactions. I also work with clients to reframe their thoughts.
