About me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I have been working as a therapist since 2019 and I am honored that you are thinking of choosing me to help you navigate through life's challenges. I received my Masters degree from Asbury Theological Seminary's Florida Dunnam Campus. I have experience helping others through anxiety, depression and trauma to find healing and improved quality of life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We will begin with introductions so you can feel confident and comfortable in working with me as your therapist. Together, we will review concerns and challenges outlined in the intake form and collaboratively design a plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. We will examine skills and strengths at your disposal that we can use and build upon to help you in attaining your goals in life.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am an open, honest and caring clinician who has six years of experience in working with a variety of ages and stages of the life span. I want to help others excel and see their worth as we work together. I do my best to provide culturally competent, ethical and judgement-free care for each individual I work with.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have worked with Veterans, young adults, and children (ages 5-17) as well as women's issues and I am LBGTQIA+ affirming. Clients are encouraged to be genuine and authentic as we progress through meeting goals for treatment. I am able to help clients gain confidence and coping skills to help them become their best selves - however that looks and feels for them.
