In our first session, we’ll focus on building a strong therapeutic connection, completing any necessary intake paperwork, and beginning to identify your goals for treatment moving forward.
One of my strengths as a therapist is helping clients reconnect with the present moment by grounding them in reality. I work to gently shift their focus away from overwhelming thoughts and toward the often-overlooked beauty and value in their current life—helping them realize that much of what they’re searching for is already within reach.
My ideal client is someone who is ready to engage the therapeutic process with openness and commitment—motivated to understand themselves more deeply and take active steps toward lasting change. They are willing to face life’s challenges head-on, apply new skills outside of sessions, and pursue personal growth that leads to a more fulfilling, balanced, and meaningful life.
