I'm the owner of my private practice, Compassion-Based Happiness, and work to help you reach higher levels of peace, happiness & self-compassion. I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (MT 4262) and hold a Ph.D., a DMFT with a focus on happiness interventions, and 3 Master's degrees, including a Master's in Happiness Studies. I've done over 15,000 sessions & apply empathy, strength-building, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, REBT, Solution-Focused, EMDR, ACT, Narrative, Safe and Sound Protocol & Compassion-Focused Therapy techniques. I provide in-person & Telehealth sessions. I created the Happiness-Based Mindfulness approach, the Applied Empathy therapy approach, and wrote the book "You Are Love." I create personalized happiness & self-compassion plans to figure out exactly how to get to where you want to be:) I specialize in working w/ children, couples, & individuals with stress & trauma.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and goals, then discuss specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
