About me

You are worthy of this work and I am so glad you are reaching out for therapy! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist who uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychosocial Dynamics Theory and other modalities to help you find meaningful advances toward the progress you are seeking. I have worked with individuals and families for over 15 years as a social worker and specialize in Solution Focused Outcomes because I want you to have practical ways to apply the forward movement you desire in your life, career, family and relationships. I have both my Bachelor and Master degrees in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University and graduated in 2005. I come from a multicultural background and have a multiracial family who are a part of a proud LGBTQ+ community, so I understand the dynamics that go into working daily to support each other where we are now while continuing to grow together. I hope my experience both professionally and personally will give insight as we journey together. Let me know how I can help!
