I truly believe that we all hold the answers within ourselves, my role as a therapist is to walk alongside you in this journey we call life, and I am not the expert on your life..you are. I have over eight years of experience working with children and families in various settings. I am passionate about treating everyone as an individual, you are not just a number to me you are important and you have intrinsic value.
I approach the first session as a conversation. We will go explore your history and background and create treatment goals. My goal is to get to know you and figure out how I can best support you in meeting your treatment goals.
I pride myself in being person centered and compassionate. I believe in treating all my clients as individuals.
I love working with adults, children, and families who are in need of mental health support. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about life.
