Life transitions such as changing jobs or losing a job, taking on new roles or buying a home for the first time can come with worries, fears and anxieties.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing with a few laughs along the way. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
