In our first session we will go over your biopsychosocial and the assessments you completed before session. You can tell me about yourself and what brought you to therapy. We will come up with goals to help you improve.
I have experience working with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, substance misuse, teen issues, trauma, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. I look forward to walking with you on your own path to inner peace and healing.
