Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will have a simple conversation to get to know you. Then we will explore what challenges you are facing which would allow us to collaboration and develop a plan to work through during our future sessions together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have an authentic style and often am able to provide clients with a new perspective on their lives. Having had some of my own struggles in life, it has given me the ability to fully empathize with clients.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with clients who are feeling anxious or scared about a recent life stressor or adjustment. My clients are eager to improve, but often are overwhelmed, worried or hopeless about their future. My goal is to help clients to improve and reach their goals.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I've been using CBT with clients for over 3 years. It has helped many clients to recognize unhelpful thinking patterns. We will work together to identify how the thoughts impact feelings and behavior. We will use this knowledge to develop coping skills and help you manage stressful situations a healthier way.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

I have used CPT for over 1 year. It has helped clients identify and challenge the unhealthy thoughts they have regarding the traumatic event. By doing so, clients are able to heal the trauma.
