About me

Hello, my name is Jennifer. Are you feeling out of sorts, or have you lost your way? Maybe you are having relationship issues, loss or things that happened in your past. Maybe you are feeling anxious, depressed or overwhelmed? I have over 15 years of experience in helping others with several life struggles. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am concerned about a person's physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. My clients experience me as someone who listens and is willing to help provide skills to help you to have a more positive life journey. I see clients from many different types of backgrounds. I am not only comfortable with seeing individuals, but also families. I am experienced in multiple treatment modalities, and I make sure that we are always focusing on your goals.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
