My work experience includes working for Community Services Board (CSB), school system, telehealth outpatient therapy, crisis intervention and prevention, and Veteran's Hospital. I have experience working with people of all ages and walks of life to provide them tools and strategies to become the best versions of themselves.
For the first session I use this time to get to know my client, answer any questions, and build rapport to attempt to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship.
Having experience with all ages and different client demographics has helped me to be flexible with my therapeutic approach as well as focus on the client's needs and wants.
