In our first session, my goal is to really listen and get to know you—your story, your goals, and what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll begin to identify what’s been weighing on you and explore what support looks like for you. You can expect empathy, understanding, and a safe space where you don’t have to have everything figured out.
