About me

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Masters from the University of Houston Clear Lake and have been practicing for 5 years. I help people from all ages with their mental health concerns. I'm focused on helping clients discover their strengths, build support systems, and foster holistic self-awareness. I firmly believe that the client is the expert of their own life and a key collaborator in treatment planning. I also believe in a cooperative approach to treating clients and welcome collaboration from family members.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and an intake, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My strengths are to give my clients the support and empathy that they need. I also am good at meeting the client where they are in their life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with people of all ages and from all backgrounds. I am very aware and respectful of cultural competencies. I have immense experience in working with individuals who are needing guidance and support to understand family dynamics. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers.
