About me

My name is Justin! Do you feel like your life lacks meaning, significance, or depth? Do you often feel like you are only surviving and not thriving in life? I enjoy helping clients cultivate meaning making in their lives. Allow me to walk with you along your journey of reprioritization, goal setting, meaning making, and self-improvement. I strive to cultivate a judgement free space where clients feel safe to discuss whatever is having too great an impact on their life, offer easily implementable coping skills and strategies, discover short- and long-term strengths-based solutions, work with my clients in identifying meaning, and ways that meaning can be folding into consistent practices.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In a first session I will likely discuss some of the points I touch on in this profile, what the client can expect from me, what some basic expectations I will have of them, and the client is hoping to discuss, work on, and/or get from therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strength is working with my clients towards cultivating positive growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

While I am not seeking to only work with client's that check off these boxes, as I would like to positively impact as many people as possible, my experience has been that clients who benefit extremely well from working with me are those that are open to engaging in the work needed to see the benefits of therapy. Clients that are seeking to better understand their perspective of the world, how they fit into it, how they can fit into it, and how they can make the most of their space in the world will thrive when working with me.
