I work well with adults who feel stuck, struggle with low self-worth, or feel overwhelmed and disconnected from themselves. I have found a strong connection working with young adults, as well as individuals from the Asian community, as I understand the cultural, familial, and identity-related pressures that can shape those experiences. I also have experience supporting clients in the LGBT and military communities. I have had the honor of serving in the USMC for 6 years and have a strong understanding of the demands, culture and impact of military life.
