I work best with adults ages 18-65. I have experience in couples counseling, as well as supporting the LGBT and military communities. I had the honor of serving in the USMC for 6 years as a reservist.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS is a therapy that helps you understand and heal and understand different parts of yourself. This is done by fostering self-love and trust within yourself.

EMDR

Existential

Existential therapy is a form of counseling that helps you explore life's big questions, like meaning, freedom, and responsibility, to live more authentically and find purpose.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Person-centered therapy is a non-judgmental and supportive approach that helps you explore your thoughts and feelings, empowering you to find your own solutions through self-discovery and growth.

Gottman method

The Gottman Method is a research-based approach to couples therapy that helps partners build respect, affection, and closeness while addressing conflict in healthy ways. It focuses on enhancing communication, managing disagreements, and fostering emotional intimacy to strengthen the relationship.
