About me

Hi, my name is Sasha. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania, and I also hold a license in Minnesota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I received my Masters from the University of Pittsburgh and have been a practicing clinician for over 10 years. I work with young adults working through life transitions and burn out, in addition to adults of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, or difficulty coping.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then discuss the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Goal setting is collaborative and we will address the concerns you identify as important.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked in the field for over 10 years, and working as a Social Worker in different settings and with different client populations, I've developed a strong understanding of a variety of issues and concerns. I've gained knowledge and experience to individualize treatment and encourage clients to reach their fullest potential.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with young adults and/or college students, who are encountering many life transitions and working to achieve their career goals. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about school, jobs, relationships and transitions.
