Hey! I am a licensed mental health counselor based out of Massachusetts who has been in the field for about 6 years now. Over the years i have worked with Clients across many backgrounds, age, and diagnoses. Some of my specialties and training is working with individuals with school anxiety and other anxiety related disorders , trauma, mood and psychotic disorders, depression, individuals with developmental disabilities, support for families caring for individuals/ children with developmental disabilities and other disorders . In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, work on building report then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
My greatest strength as a provider is finding creative ways to help identify solutions in order to decrease symptoms and create progress.
I am best positioned to serve clients who are open to telehealth due to my current restriction of not being able to see clients in person at the moment.
I use an integrated approach utilizing different techniques from various types of therapy styles such as CBT, solution focused therapy, somatic therapy etc. During initial session we will explore what brought you to therapy and discuss treatment plan. Therapeutic style will be determined on individuals needs.
