My mission as a therapist is to empower my clients with an unbiased, supportive, and compassionate approach to therapy that works to identify and disrupt the limiting beliefs that we and society tend to impose on ourselves. In our first session, we will complete brief introductions and I will review confidentiality agreement with you. Then, we will dive into your primary stressors while you share how you believe therapy can be most helpful and any expectations you have for me as your provider.
I believe that my work tends to resonate most with women and men who are struggling with their self concept and ability to self-trust. I also enjoy using contemporary culture and news to conceptualize and understand human behavior.
I love working with millennials and Gen Z who are navigating life stressors and desire an overall improvement of their quality of life.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy focuses on the mind body connection, I primarily focus on emotion and nervous system regulation.
