(she/her)
Feeling stuck in your career, relationships, or life direction? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I work with individuals who are ready to better understand themselves, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful, lasting change. Using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, clarify what you truly want, and build realistic, achievable goals that move you forward. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. As you grow and your needs evolve, our work can shift with you. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped with practical tools for real-life change. If you’re ready to move beyond feeling stuck and start creating the life you want, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
In our first session we will review your intake form, drill down on some of the challenges that led you to therapy, develop a deeper understanding of the problem and then develop a plan to start working through what is important to you.
My approach to therapy is solution-focused and personalized to meet your unique needs and experiences. I believe therapy works best when it centers on your goals, your strengths, and what matters most to you. Together, we’ll identify practical solutions, build on your existing strengths, and create achievable goals that support real and lasting change. I also focus on helping you discover your own motivation and confidence, so progress feels authentic and sustainable—not forced. Think of me as someone walking alongside you on your journey, offering guidance, tools, and support as you move toward the life you want to create.
My ideal client is someone who feels stuck despite doing everything “right”, or unsure of why things keep going wrong. They may be experiencing burnout, navigating a life transition, or struggling with relationship stress or high-functioning anxiety. They’re ready for change, open to exploring what’s holding them back, and motivated to build practical skills that help them move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

In our work together, we’ll spend time identifying the “stuck points” that may be keeping you in negative or unhelpful patterns. Often, these patterns develop for understandable reasons, but over time they can prevent us from moving forward or living the life we want. As we begin to recognize what’s holding you in that difficult space, we can work toward changing the thoughts and behaviors connected to those patterns. Over time, this allows us to build healthier perspectives and new behaviors that help you feel more confident, empowered, and unstuck in your life.
