In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I discuss what therapy is and isn't and I review the consents and confidentiality policies. I ask questions about the the client's background as well as their current situation to get to know them and what brought them into therapy.

If I could check off all the above descriptions for Barbara’s sessions I absolutely would! Her guidance & knowledge helps this 79yr old walk out of the office with new tools to improve my life ! Barbara is very good at making you feel comfortable and your feelings matter ! She has excellent insight with her suggestions and guidance to help you live your best life . I highly recommend Barbara to anyone who is a work in progress, and wants better mental wellness.
