As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, I am dedicated to helping clients navigate life's complexities with clarity and confidence. I offer a holistic, strengths-focused approach that honors each person's unique story and empowers them to build healthier relationships, create balance, and move toward lasting growth. My practice is a space where clients can process experiences at their own pace and develop tools to heal, grow, and thrive.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first therapy session is a chance to get to know each other and share what brings you to counseling. You’ll talk about your goals, ask questions, and discuss what feels most important to you. Together, we will begin creating a plan for moving forward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—this session is simply a comfortable starting point for your healing and growth.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist (DBT) and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. I combine Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with hypnotherapy to support meaningful, lasting change. DBT helps build practical skills for managing emotions, reducing stress, and improving relationships, while hypnotherapy allows us to work at a deeper, subconscious level to shift patterns and enhance healing. Together, these approaches create a balanced, effective path toward greater clarity, resilience, and well-being.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with individuals seeking support with emotional regulation, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My practice is well-suited for clients who want practical coping tools, deeper self-understanding, and a collaborative, compassionate space to explore personal growth. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or looking to build resilience, I’m here to support you on your path toward greater balance and well-being.

I feel that I will be able to trust her insight and guidance. And to help me make the right choices. Sometimes you have good feelings about people and I just feel confident this is the right person to talk to.
