I am licensed in Florida with over 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
My approach is compassionate and individualized. I help clients navigate what is weighing on them with effective coping strategies, evidence-based techniques all while providing a supporting space to explore their thoughts and emotions.
Living with anxiety and/or stress can feel overwhelming, affecting daily life, relationships, and just overall well-being. I understand the challenges anxiety and/or stress presents and the impact it can have on both the mind and body.
I believe in coming along side my client on their journey, adding to their tools and providing a supportive way to navigate their path.
