Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I am passionate about helping people overcome personal struggles such as self-esteem, depression, anxiety, OCD, fear, self-worth, body image, and the like. I also passionately work with females ages 10-40 who struggle with issues such as family issues, behavioral issues, life transitions, women’s issues, and other various stressors, ADD/ADHD, and trauma to gain inner healing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked in this field for the past 7 years, I have been able to help my clients identify the root cause of their challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with clients seeking to find peace and healing but do not have the skills/tools to gain that peace and healing. My desire and passion is to help my clients gain a healthy perspective on their lives and who they are by using a holistic approach to counseling and a Christ-centered approach to those who request it.
