In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will start with introductions and dive into the specific challenges you are facing. I want to learn as much as I can about you to help us tailor a specific treatment plan for us to focus on in our follow up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked in the substance abuse and mental health field for so many years, I have developed a tried and true play book and resources to use in sessions with individuals who are struggling with these issues, the challenges that they encounter, and the ability to create a plan that leads to measurable progress.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is very helpful to have clients change the way they think thus changing behavior. I utilize homework as well to help make the concepts of CBT more applicable.

Christian Counseling

Depending on the clients personal preferences, I am also a biblical counselor.

Motivational Interviewing

This is particularly helpful when working with clients who are struggling with Substance Abuse issues.

I wanted to rate her a 1 so I could have her to myself and more session slots but that would be wrong. She is amazing. I have had a few therapists in the past and none even handled my situation the way she does. She is amazing that is all I can say. Definitely recommend to everyone.

It’s only been my first appointment and I feel so confident in my healing journey. She listen and cares, no small talk. You want to make a plan to heal and she will help the start of your journey!
