First session

Our sessions will focus on your strengths and how we can maximize them to get to your desired outcome. We will discuss your unwanted thought patterns, in the hope of regenerating healthier ones. We will walk part of your journey together to build a therapeutic relationship and develop a plan to address your needs.

My ares of interest are focused on emotional health, stress management, mental disease, anxiety, or depression, etc. I will explore and support the relationships that you feel are significant. We all have unique strengths that can help us overcome obstacles and break down barriers that frequently impact our lives.

I have a lifetime of trauma that I am both trying to navigate and unpack and Mr. Day has done a great job of not only pointing out some of my growing edges, but making sure that I too can point them out and identify them with a focus on healing. My day quickly found a like quality between us and it allowed my to be more comfortable with him and I feel that he understands not only me as an individual, but me from a sociological standpoint
