About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years of experience in counseling and direct case management. Most of my career has been spent with children and families in the midst of homelessness, foster care, and/or adoption, so I am no stranger to walking alongside others in their lowest valleys and on their highest mountains. I have also worked with many adults and couples as they navigate depression, grief and loss, anxiety, and relationship issues. With a background in psychology and a continued interest in the way that our brains impact our lives, I work with each unique client to untangle the white noise in their mind and achieve their goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I want to get to know you and talk through realistic, helpful goals that make you feel excited about the future.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My background as a social worker has given me the honor to meet clients at rock bottom and help them to find strengths when all they see are weaknesses. I enjoy using a strengths-based approach with my therapy clients now, building on incremental goals with positivity and hope.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I look forward to working with clients who are motivated to do the brain and heart work outside of sessions as well as during sessions. Counseling can be a catalyst for change, but the most meaningful change happens when the work continues after our time together concludes.
